All local usage (with in Guwahati city limit only) in case, if it is more than 8 hrs 80 Kms extra payment as to made according to extra Kms & hours

100% payment needs to get paid when you receive the cab.
Toll and Parking Fee, Inter-State Permit charges extra should be borne by customer if not included under total cost.
All Outstation Service Driver Bata is Rs 400/- applicable from 6-00AM To 09-00PM
All Outstation Service Before 06.00AM and after 09.00PM Driver Bata is additional Rs 400/-
Guests are requested to plan their time for the itinerary of the day, driver will not be responsible for any inability to cover all the items on the itinerary due to delays / extra time spent in any place visited

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the booking 21 day before the time of journey, with 50% cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then the following rules will apply:
multi-Day Trip: NO refunds
Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the Guest.
airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the Guest.
If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days.
