Self Drive Car Rental

Any traffic violations and Challans, e-challans will be upon the guest. Better to follow traffic rules.

Guest needs to inform us regarding the destination they are about to cover during the trip period, any violation of geological fence will be penalized.

Toll deductions from Fastag will be adjusted from the refundable deposit if any. Few cars come with self recharge fastags, we will inform accordingly.

In case of cancellation from guest end no refund is applicable. Though the booking amount can be adjusted on future trips.

It will be guest responsibility to keep a digital video/photo copy of existing scratch of the vehicle before starting the trip. Management is not responsible for any mismatch due to improper video footage/photo. If the Guest wishes to exceed the trip, he/she needs to call us/drop a message and inform about it. We don't charge any extra amount till Fifteen Minutes, except in hourly Bookings. After that, it will be charged as per Vehicle Model. After 2 hours delay, One Day Rent will be calculated. In case of Hourly booking, it'll be subsequently charged based on Vehicle Model.

Guest is not allowed to Abandon our Vehicles at any place On-Trip. If done, strict actions will be taken Under Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Corresponding Law to– Section 2 (29) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 and others.

If the car is returned before the reserved time period or additional fuel, no refund will be provided in such a scenario.

In case of Flat tyre, it'll be Guest responsibility to get it repaired, any damage of wheel due to flat tyre run will be upon the Guest.

Breaking of brake pipes, Clutch cable, throttle cable (during trip) is an unfortunate series of events and we are not liable for it.

Battery drainage issue due to improper or abusive use of power source (such as headlight, charging point, music system, ac on etc) will be upon the guest.

Compensation due to unforeseeable events such as mechanical breakdown will be limited to the remaining days of rent amount only. No further miscellaneous claims will be accepted.

Vehicle components (clutch assy, gearbox components, handbrake etc) failure due to improper or abusive use will be upon the guest.

In case of Accident, if severe and Guest needs external assistance from our end, it'll be provided based on the Place of Occurrence and time required to reach the specific place (Chargeable).

Transporting more passengers than the prescribed seating capacity of the vehicle by manufacturer of the vehicle is not Permissible. Any Challan / Traffic Penalty will be borne by Guest.

Each time Guest idles/parks the Vehicle (either at the end of the reservation or during the reservation period), the Guest is responsible for securing the vehicle from external factors including human or general known adverse conditions (Flash Flood/Storm/Riots/anti-social elements and others).
