Cab should not be divert for other multiple pick Up & extra drop

After the payment of 50% amount, booking will be confirmed

100% payment needs to get paid when you receive the cab

No waiting on the journey

Toll and Parking fee extra (as per applicable) should be borne by customer

All disputes are subject to Guwahati jurisdiction

Vehicles rented should not be used for any illegal activities as per Law

Pets are not allowed the inside the cab

We are not responsible for any loss of your luggage & valuable things

Any misfortune / breakdown of vehicle due to natural calamities or manufacturing defect as per regular vehicle conditional breakdown shall have to Borne by vehicle vendor and guest cooperation is mandatory.

All local usage (with in Guwahati city limit only) in case, if it is more than 8 hrs 80 Kms extra payment as to made according to extra Kms & hours

Toll and Parking fee extra (as per applicable) should be borne by customer if not inclusive under the package.

100% payment needs to get paid when you receive the cab.

For local trips extra driver's holding applicable 500/- before 6.00 a.m. After 09.00 PM hours

After the payment of 50% amount, booking will be confirmed

Final rental amount will be calculated based on total mileage and distance from Guest pickup location to Guest drop off location

All Outstation Service Driver Bata is Rs 400/- applicable from 6-00AM To 09-00PM

All Outstation Service Before 06.00AM and after 09.00PM Driver Bata is additional Rs 400/-

Guests are requested to plan their time for the itinerary of the day, driver will not be responsible for any inability to cover all the items on the itinerary due to delays / extra time spent in any place visited

After the payment of 50% amount, booking will be confirmed

Vehicles rented for the purpose of outstation services cannot be used on local trips

Pets are not allowed inside the cab

You may cancel the booking 21 day before the time of journey, with 50% cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then the following rules will apply:

Multi-Day Trip: NO refunds

Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the Guest

Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the Guest.

If you are eligible for refunds based on the "Cancellation and Returns" policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days
